Shipping & Returns

Because each t-shirt, mug, and poster is printed to order, there’s a short production window before your order even ships, followed by transit time. Based on our current production partner’s estimates, most orders arrive within:

• United States:4–6 business days total (production + shipping)
• Canada:2–5 business days total (production + shipping)

These are estimates, not guarantees — things like holidays, high order volume, or carrier delays can push things a day or two either way. You’ll get shipping confirmation once your order leaves the print facility.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

Orders enter production quickly to keep things moving, so we’re not able to change sizes, addresses, or cancel an order once it’s been placed. Double-check your cart before checking out.

Since everything is made specifically for your order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, changed mind, or general buyer’s remorse.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or the wrong item shows up entirely, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Reach out through the Contact page within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order details, and we’ll take it from there.

If a package is lost or shows as undelivered by the carrier, let us know and we’ll investigate.
